Lots going on in my life at the moment…hence the lack of blog updates…here are some subjects I’ve been meaning to blog about:
– I’m involved in trying to set up a new school in the Greystones area (this one I will be posting about soon).
– I’ve started teaching animation for a few hours a week in the IADT in Dun Laoghaire. I’m loving it!
– (I have a hard time actually saying this next one. It’s just like when I go to open a bank account and I’m asked what I do for a living, I get all embarrassed saying “I’m an artist” like it’s actually coming out, “I’m an ahhhh-tist dahling”) I have a new photography business. In the past few months I’ve been having a great time shooting businesses, products and people as well as events and family portrait sessions. And it’s all because of this blog!
– The computer game, Sega Superstars Tennis, I’ve been animating on since May wrapped up and will be released early next year. I can’t wait to play it myself, the animation was so much fun, plus I think the level artists did a fantastic job on the locations:

Hey Davy, ever since I discovered that Vista doesn’t really work the best with Photoshop CS2 and Microsoft aren’t planning on doing anything about it, I’ve been thinking it would be a good opportunity to go for Lightroom instead of shelling out for Photoshop CS3 🙂
