Anti Workshop Day 2: Scavenger Hunt

I had all these ideas that I was going to be blogging my trip daily and keeping up to date with everything but that kind of went out the window! I’ve been in Vegas for just over a week now and I’m exhausted. The workshop finished on Saturday and pretty much straight away I was into the WPPI. Everyday has been full of workshops and shooting events and a giant tradeshow from 8am to 11pm, and tonight is the first night I haven’t fallen into my bed in a near coma. So, I’m going to start to try and catch up a little:

The second day of the workshop (was that really less than a week ago?) we were split into groups of three and four and given actual real people to photograph. My team was really lucky because we got Rhiannon and Derek (I hope I spelled your names right!) and they’re not only photographers themselves, but are also clients of altF…and if you know anything about John Michael Cooper’s style of shooting you’ll understand that that means they were pretty much up for anything we could think of.

The headless guy with the arrow is great! Keep up the good work. It was great to meet you and everyone else at the workshop.

Hey Claire, we are gonna need your flight info if you want anyone there to pick you up =)

I hope you have had a good time and haven’t worn yourself out. See you tomorrow.

Claire!

It was terrific shooting with you on day two of the AW! I really love your photos! Keep up the great work 🙂 I’ll definitely be checking your blog to see what’s up with you 🙂

all the best,

Mike

Looks like my kind of trip, enjoying your postings from Vegas Claire, you must be having an absolute ball.

And I expect your luggage weight will be at least double with photo-gear on the way home 😉

Enjoy.

Love the skirt! I wish I could dress like that everyday, and hang around in industrial situations looking ironicallt juxtaposed, like they do in photo shoots.
Great photos.
