Lovely photos. I too love the colour. It’s been so dull in Cork recently. But there is sun today.
I’m going to vote for your blog – if I can figure out how to do it.
Keep well
I love those pictures! It is nice to enjoy Moore Street without some hacking, deep voiced woman yelling “Cigarettes!”
Ah, lovely. I used to live in the UK and the village had market day on Thursdays and Sundays–I miss them so much. I’ve got nothing like that here.
I love markets so I’m glad you guys enjoyed the photos too. Moore Street is a funny place, all this gorgeous fruit and veg and flowers on one of the filthiest most dilapidated streets in the city.
Good photos, fruit and veg is so colourful, great subject material. There is a nice open-fronted fruit and veg shop in Dalkey village – the smells are terrific as you walk by.
Inspirational!
We’ve been trying to get ourselves up early enough on Saturday’s to go to the famous Edinburgh Farmers’ Market at least once before we leave, and now I have one more reason to go – looks like it might be the perfect place to try out my ‘new’ (second-hand) DSLR! 🙂
