Some more photos from the parade yesterday, such a brilliant day and would you believe I actually had a touch of sunstroke this morning that’s how sunny it was! Either that or the Irish winter was so dark and dismal I’m not used to sunlight anymore. Thanks again to Marcus, Pix.ie, the St. Patrick’s Festival and the Guinness Storehouse for a fab time.

Aw, Claire, these are great! They look like they’re exactly how you wanted them to look. Nice eye!
Cool pics! So sorry I didn’t brave the parade. We’d just flown back in that morning and I was so jetlagged I just fell over on the couch! Love the colours and the angle of the fourth one.
It looks like you were out on the parade route itself from those funky angles! Love seeing shots of the crowds too, they are just as entertaining as the parade – if not more so š
Thanks ladies š
@Nathalie, I enjoyed your photos from Egypt, what an amazing place to photograph, welcome home!
@Julie, well, I did think about mugging Darren and nabbing his AAA pass but instead I just settled for elbowing little kids away from the front of the barriers š
Love the photographs (and the site). I’ll definitely be recommending it!
great shots claire. hope you’re keeping well:)
Thanks Ellen!
Especially love the brass instrument one. Wondering how you got such a male group shot – hardly a female face in sight except for the centre piece. I’ve got a little set on Flickr called “The Irish Male as a Carrying Device” – theme I’m working on. May I make your’s an honorary member?
Nice series of shots there Claire, well done!!
