Hey Paige, I really like the new blog look. I quite like the photograph you have but obviously it’s not specific to you. Perhaps try taking some close ups of pencils/pens on a blank page, or a typewriter if you had one. Or if you didn’t want to do it yourself go on Flickr and find an image you like and then email the photographer to ask permission to use it.
In fact, I think Philip Pankov (http://www.philpankov.com/-/philpankov/) was offering free Irish scenery headers for bloggers to use in return for a link, you could email him to see if he’s still doing that. I don’t know that I have any images that would work for you but if you want one just ask and I’ll crop it to suit.
