I’m back in Dublin working with Brown Bag for the next 3 weeks so my camera got a bit of a trip to the city. So many interesting faces! Paddy stopped me in my tracks because he’s the spitting image of my late father-in-law. He looks really suspicious of me here but he was actually very friendly.
I was in Cork over the weekend so I could take some photos of Diarmuid’s family. It was freezing so they were really good sports about going out and allowing me to take the photos outdoors. Especially Diarmuid who had been promised a ride on the digger and was very excited about it 😀

I mentioned yesterday that I was doing my very first newborn shoot today and this is Daniel, just 10 days old and absolutely beautiful. His mum Maura was so laid back and patient and Daniel was a natural. I raced home and started working on the photos straight away because I was so excited and nervous to see how they turned out. I certainly learned a lot, particularly that I really love newborn photography! I’ll post a few more over the next day or so.
Benny is from China and he works with my Mum in the dental clinic. He is the sweetest guy you could ever meet and so he’s perfect to have nearby when you’re at the dentist!
On another note, I’m photographing a newborn tomorrow…just 9 days old! I’m really excited because I’ve been hoping for the opportunity to photograph a tiny baby for ages. Hopefully I’ll be able to share a few on the blog when I get them processed.
